This 30-day cleansing program is designed to help you understand what foods may actually be hurting your health while adding foods to help you heal. You will set aside time each week to shop for healthy foods, to read labels and to prepare meals for the week ahead to keep you on track. Entries to a food journal each day for 30-days will be necessary to understand how you feel at the end of your program.
coach
Your functional nutrition coach will meet with you prior to starting your cleanse to review best practices for a successful experience as well as weekly appointments to review food journal entries and answer any questions. This program is not designed for weight loss but to help you develop healthier habits and make better decisions about what foods to put at the end of your fork. Weight loss may be a result, however, as you begin to eat more whole and plant based foods and less processed items with questionable ingredients that your body does not recognize.

Once you’ve completed your 30-day cleanse, you and your coach will review details of your food journal and any challenges experienced along the way to then configure a workable program to continue building healthy habits for your wellness. At all times throughout the program it will be expected that at least 30-minutes of dedicated activity is engaged each day - yoga, walking, swimming, cycling, hiking, etc.
